Perfect anytime of day! If drive thru is to long I backup my car get out I get in line and served in no time. Backing up my car helps me get out quick if drive thru is backed up

I went to eat in the food court with my mom and sister on (09/16). When I was waiting for my food a gentlemen that looked to be homeless I’m not 100 percent sure tho asked the woman at the cash register if he could speak to the manager. She came out of the back and didn’t talk to him for more than 5 mins. Couple minutes later she came out and gave the gentleman his food and he sat down in the food court to eat it. Waiting for a long time to get my food when I did not even order a lot

We did a mobile order while passing through town. We waited a long time after arriving at the restaurant. When we finally got our food, it took another 5 minutes for them to make our drinks. The girl serving us was not friendly. Very disappointing and not what we expect from Chick-fil-A!

I got the 8 piece chicken nuggets and French fries except their was like 5 hairs in my food other than that it was good
