Did drive thru while I was in area. They're only ones that serve biscuits all day plus bojangles have the best. I only ordered the buttered visit w a Sr Pepsi but really enjoyed it as for my lunch View all feedback.
What Brandi Murphy doesn't like about Bojangles:
I ordered a biscuit and gravy combo and the Bo rounds were so greasy it came through the bag and I laid them on 3 paper towels and had to try and dab up the grease. I had to ask them to please get me some sweet tea by the drive thru because the one in the lobby was SO sweet and was light colored and other customers said the same thing. I ordered curbside pickup on the app and parked in the designated parking spots. I clicked the “I’m here” button and proceeded to wait for. 15 minutes on my food. I also called the store a few times about 10 minutes after arriving. I eventually walked inside and told the workers that I had been waiting on curbside pickup and I was calling the phones. The employees had the phones turned off and my food was sitting there cold. On top of that I was missing food out of my bag and had to get them to give it to me. I have ordered from this bojangles multiple times in hopes that maybe the service would be good and nothing would go wrong… but every single time I go there something goes wrong. So I will not be back. I’m tired of the workers not caring about anything or anybody and I’m tired of it ruining that portion of my day and making me feel like I wasted my time.
The worst customer service I 've experienced in a while. Was greeted with fa here or to go instead of Welcome to Bojangles, how can I serve you today!? . The cashier didn 't repeat my order or ask if I 'd like anything else instead all she said was 8.60 and walked off. After I made my drink I see that my order is ready on the counter (no call out that the order is ready) so I go to the counter and wait patiently as the cashier is bagging a drive thru order (I need some condiments). She eventually turns to me and says you need something . Fortunately for Bojangles your biscuits are great but you guys need to do a lot better with making the guests feel welcome and anticipating needs. This cashier (didn 't catch her name, middle aged lady on register approximately 7:30am on 9/19) needs to brush up on her customer service skills or moved to BOH where she 's not engaging with customers.
Food is nasty and they never have enough chicken to fill orders
I ordered a family meal and ordered an additional side With it and I never received the side. (Has happened multiple times) Also , I went to drive thru around 7 pm on a Monday and they said they were closed , went on the website and it states they close at 9pm.
We were tired and hungry and in need of coffee for the remainder of our trip. It was late and we were told they had no coffee brewed; however, she would brew coffee for us if we wanted. The ham biscuits with fresh great tasting coffee and congenital employees... It don't get any better.
