The service was the perfect combination of casual yet attentive. The atmosphere is unique and full of character and completely adds to the experience. Mostly importantly the food was wonderful. I had the torta cubana at the restaurant and purchased two regular cuban sandwiches to go. They were both stellar and I cannot wait to return to this restaurant and try more options. It's obvious that the owners of this establishment are passionate about what they do and they execute it very well. This place is a total gem and I cannot wait for my next experience here.

They consistently provide persona... read more Juan Carlos and his wife Marcella offer an amazing selection of freshly prepared dishes bursting with authentic Cuban flavors. They consistently provide personal attention to their guests. This is my favorite restaurant in Sparta. It’s a charming little spot located right by the river, just before reaching downtown Sparta. We usually prefer to sit on the enclosed porch, even during the winter since it’s heated. From there, we can enjoy our meals while taking in the lovely river view. I always make it a point to dine here at least once during my visits to Sparta.
