What Nayeli P dislikes about Subway:
I have to give the service a -5. I stopped by for a quick Subway sandwich around 9:00, which is when they close, but the employee (I didn’t catch her name, but she’s a skinny white woman who drives a white Dodge SUV) didn’t show any respect by informing me that they were closed. Service deserves a rating of -5. I stopped by for a quick Subway meal at 9:00 PM, the time they claim to close. There was an employee (I don't know her name, but she is a slender white woman who drives a white Dodge SUV) who failed to show any courtesy by informing me that they were closed. Instead, she was too preoccupied with her phone while sitting in her car. As I started to get out and walk towards the door—since the lights were still on—she suddenly rushed in front of me and locked the door without acknowledging I was there. It was incredibly disrespectful; it costs nothing to inform a customer that the business has closed for the day. Management should keep an eye on her; she was distracted by her phone instead of doing her job. If she can't fulfill her responsibilities, she should be let go.
