Based on the details in the picture provided, I believe what you're looking at is General Tso's Chicken. This dish contains dried peppers, and the item shown in the photo is simply the skin of a dried pepper. There are no dead bugs present. Additionally, our restaurant undergoes an annual inspection by the health department, and we make sure to clean thoroughly at the end of each day to maintain a tidy environment. You can rest assured that there are no health issues to worry about.
