Contribute Feedback What Paul Baker doesn't like about Casey's General Store:
They have a bad habit of pulling pizzas out WAY too early. Especially if you come in to get it and it isnt finished yet, they seem to think that means they must pull it out immediately and serve it as is. If I come in to get my order and it still isnt completely done, I do not mind waiting a bit longer. I received complimentary hot cocoa with my order. The take-out food, service, and atmosphere all scored a perfect 5 out of 5.
I was disappointed that my Casey's points weren't asked for at this location and at Murphysboro the next day, resulting in losing them. I contacted corporate to express my frustration about spending $30 to $40 without receiving any points. I hope this doesn't happen again as every bit counts, especially for someone on a tight budget.
My favorite spot is New Athens Casey's. The staff is fantastic.

I reached out to the company to express my dissatisfaction with spending $30 to $40 without receiving my points. As someone on a fixed income, every little bit matters in this day and age, so I hope to avoid this issue in the future.
