Cruiser’s Pit Beef is a tucked-away Sparrows Point gem serving generous, charcoal‑kissed pit beef, turkey, sandwiches, cream of crab soup and hand‑cut fries with gravy. No‑frills, retro seating and a visible meat cooler set a lively, hole‑in‑the‑wall tone; service is fast, friendly and counter‑run. Condiment bar and house BBQ sauces elevate the food, which offers excellent value—occasional hiccups include missing condiments and uneven burger doneness. Great for casual groups and takeout.
The burned tips were beautiful and delicate. I'll go back to try other menu items.
The beef sandwiches are always very good! And the fries are good. One order of fries is enough for 2 people. Once in a while they leave out the condiments but otherwise everything has been first rate! If you like pit beef Cruiser's is highly recommended!
If you have never been to a Sparrows Point dive then Cruiser's is the perfect reason to go. Old school great customer service and fantastic food. Portions are huge. Delicious pit beef, amazing fries with gravy and we got burnt ends that we smothered in moonshine barbeque sauce. We ordered our pit beef medium rare and it came out perfect. Will definitely return. Update: spicy beef special, burnt ends smothered in bq sauce, fries and gravy. FANTASTIC! Always great customer service.
GREETINGS to ALL you PIT BEEF LOVERS ! ???? I got to say..... that I REALLY ENJOYED the SERVICE THE FOOD here AT CRUISERS PIT BEEF ! EVERYONE I talked to was AWESOME ! ???? VERY FRIENDLY VERY SWEET PEOPLE ! TREATED US LIKE FAMILY ! ???? And the foodwas EXTREMELY tasty ! it even LOOKS TASTY ! ???????????? CHECK OUT THE MOUTH WATERING PICS ! we had the Maryland crab soupwhich was REALLY good ! ???? A PLATTER of pit beef and gravy W/fries ! and of course.....I personally had FRENCH FRIES withGRAVY on the SIDE ! ???? the SANDWICHES were ALL SUPER SCRUMPTIOUS ! ???? I REALLY ENJOYED THE HAM AND CHEESE ! ???? I couldhave DEFINITELY eaten A SECOND ONE ! We MAY have to MAKE these sandwiches A BIT BIGGER guys ! LOL ???? 1st time there ordered Cruiser burger and 2 meat combo turkey and ham , and a sampler side order Have to say everything was delicious
