The Human Bean - Sparks

I usually love Human Bean and support it whenever I can, frequently recommending it to others. However, my family and I were quite disappointed during our visit today. I ordered extra shots of espresso in three different drinks and paid for them, but didn't receive them. I was also charged for extra caramel drizzle in three drinks, and one didn't have it at all. To top it off, one of the shakes was made with the wrong kind of milk. That's four drinks, and none were prepared correctly. I understand they were busy this morning, and I was willing to wait however long necessary for the drinks we were looking forward to. Now, I'm not even sure we'll finish them, and I'm upset that I spent the money. I hope that as the employees gain more experience, things will improve. Until then, I think I’ll have to pass on visiting again.

I'm not usually a fan of buying coffee in public, but this place has changed my perspective. The quick and courteous service, along with their excellent coffee drinks, makes every visit worthwhile. I tried the caramel mocha, while my daughter opted for the vanilla. Both were hot, delicious, and packed with flavor, really warming us up. I will definitely be coming back!

The coffee here always tastes fantastic, and they make an effort to tailor it to your preferences as much as possible. Plus, their prices are incredible! The customer service is outstanding, with a very friendly staff. I’ve recently switched from Starbucks to The Human Bean, and I’ve found my new favorite coffee shop. I absolutely love it!

Staff was friendly but they were short staffed and the drinks were bad. I usually love human bean but the last couple times I went the drinks weren't good at all :

My wife and I went here for the first time because we wantes to try something other than starbucks. The drinks were good but super sweet and sadly VERY overpriced. Two drinks came out to over $16. One medium and one large. Sadly we will not be returning.
