(Saturday Dec 12) You just made my 74 yr old Italian mother so so happy. The person who delivered our order ACTUALLY WAS AN EMPLOYEE, full uniform not an outside deliverer. The food was HOT when delivered. It was absolutely delicious and worth every penny. Meat marvel special.

First off, I love round table, I'm new to the area and I came in to get my pizza. While I was paying someone was filling ranch cups up from what I could tell and he took his finger to stop the drip that was coming off one of the cups that he filled up. He presumed to lick his finger and then go back to wipe it again and lick it again. I almost walked out. He looked at me and he knew I saw him. Just gross. People don't think about others, like why would anyone want to eat that cup of ranch if he had stuck his finger on the side of it to lick the side that was dripping. I'm sure pizzas are pizzas but cleanliness and mindfulness of what you're doing is important. I personally won't be going back to this location. Just disgusting.
I never got my order, my address was not recorded correctly. Even after the duty supervisor repeated the correct address. I still didn't receive my order. And when I called to check on my order, she told me she had cancelled it, and would not deliver it again. I don't understand how this store stayed open, and the Baring Blvd store had to close.
I had ordered the night before for pickup. I arrived to the location and even included a tip just to find out my order hasn?t even started yet. Gentlemen with long hair gave an excuse that they had a large party in the morning, but when I got there at 3:20pm there wasn?t really anyone inside. No apologies, and not even anything to compensate like a free drink for waiting longer. This is my last time here!
Extremely poor customer service. Was told 20-25 mins. Ok I get that things happen and they are busy. It's now been over 30 mins, no update, bad looks my direction employees not working. Rude reposnes when I simply ask how the order is going. Only 2 people in lobby eating. Will never come back to this location again and will tell everyone I know not to do the same. Customer service I can no say more clearly is terrible here
