The cashier on the other h... read more Have never been to this location before and they definitely need to work on guest service. The first girl we talked to was very nice. The cashier on the other hand never said a word to us. Just told us the price. Didn't ask if we wanted a drink. Ignored uswhen we asked for extra sauce and seemed like we were inconvenienceing her when we wanted to add another item. I am only giving3 stars because the food was good. Also you shouldn't power wash the floors near the kitchen when you are open. So probably onlygive 2 stars instead.

The first girl we spoke to was very nice, but the cashier never said a word to us or asked if we wanted a drink. They ignored us when we asked for extra sauce and didn't seem to care when we wanted to add another item. I am only giving three stars because the food was good. They also should not mop the floors near the kitchen while they are open, so maybe only 2 stars are deserved.

However, the woman at the register was not very fri... read more The food was quite good and actually better than what I've had at other Panda Express locations in the area. However, the woman at the register was not very friendly or helpful. While I was waiting by the register for my online order, she chose to help other customers first. I had to call her attention to finally receive my order. If I hadn't ordered a drink, I probably would have just taken my food and left, but I felt compelled to wait. She gave me a disapproving look and seemed annoyed with me. Despite that experience, I would consider returning, but next time, I might skip ordering a drink if I place an online order. The restaurant itself is nice, spacious, and very clean. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, aside from the unpleasant interaction with that staff member.
