Ruined my meal. 1 start at this location. Should?ve had Panda Express there I can watch them mess up and correctthan expect people to do simple tasks with one customer in line

I first went through the drive-thru, was instructed to park... read more It's 7:06 PM, and I've been here for about 45 minutes. The staff appears untrained and disorganized. I first went through the drive-thru, was instructed to park, and then felt largely ignored. After a while, I went inside to check on my order, but there was confusion and no one seemed to know when it would be ready. Overall, the service has been very disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend visiting this place, at least during this shift.

This really ruined... read more I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches without pickles and a large fries, but I didn’t get the fries, and both sandwiches came with pickles. This really ruined my meal. I would give this location one star. I wish I had gone to Panda Express instead; at least there, I could see them make mistakes and correct them, instead of depending on this place to manage a simple order with only one customer ahead of me.

The only thing that seemed to be clean was the hood, but the food doesn't come into contact with that.

The mashed potatoes were piping hot and covered in rich gravy, and the crispy popcorn chicken was fresh and flavorful. Everything tasted amazing!
