Jack In The Box - Sparks

Me and my friend have arrived around 3:25pm we had a coupon for a free jumbo jack that she got from the Aces ball game .We asked them three times if they only put the free one on the order because it showed that we ordered 3 jumbo jacks they didn’t want to listen to when we asked for the one free hamburger. We pulled up to the window gave them the coupon and got one of the hamburgers off and then the total was $20.05 and we realized that they charged us for the other two hamburgers that we didn’t want/asked for. The cashier at the window had a poor attitude when serving us as well. In all over our experience at this jack in the box was one of the worst. Need to listen better and have a more positive attitude while working with customers.

I had breakfast at Jack, where I enjoyed tacos and egg rolls. The food was hot and delicious! I would rate it 5 out of 5.

The new triple-cut bacon was absolutely delicious! As always, I really enjoyed the new beverage machines—the Seagram's ginger ale with a hint of lime is incredibly refreshing on a hot day! Plus, the doors are open!
