Ihop - Sparks

I went to IHOP with my family. The prices were good, and the waiter was very friendly and attentive. The chefs did a great job with the food. Overall, an awesome experience.

I usually positive give reviews most of the time but if I can rate zero to this place, so poor management and worst service. Two of us were waiting from 12:15 to 12: 50 at the front desk, there was no attendant at front desk and there were several tables empty inside. Few more people came to restaurant after us. Attendant came after 10 minutes and took the people came after us. And again 4 more parties including the party of 6 people just walked in. We were still waiting and the other lady who came after us also was waiting. Such a super poor management. The attendant should have asked who came first instead of not knowing who came first, they started taking people in and not even acknowledging the people who were waiting. They should probably check in cameras. The worst place I have ever visited. So disappointing, will never go there again ????

The food was incredibly tasty. The staff is friendly and attentive. The dining room is clean and has a comfortable atmosphere.

Overall, our experience at the restaurant was good, but we were disappointed to find out that they did not have the Gingersnap milkshake that we specifically went there for. It was a holiday shake, so it was surprising that they did not have it. This was probably due to poor management.

Pancakes average dry. Sausage hard fat. the eggs are good. short on personal. the computer crashed....I called my gassed myself to wait until the check-out. Coffee-ho-hum. but the things are everywhere. the President food: 3/5
