Then we didn't get the receipt for our order (note that there is a sign on... read more Had a digital coupon (with the address for this specific store) that wasn't accepted. Then we didn't get the receipt for our order (note that there is a sign on drive thru saying if you don't get a receipt the order is free). Walked in, asked forreceipt and clarification, the manager said they don't accept any digital coupons. Manager gave us the receipt, did not offermoney back. Will not be returning to this KFC.

He always brings a smile to my face an... read more There's a gentleman with a handlebar mustache who is incredibly friendly and easy to converse with when placing my order. He always brings a smile to my face and makes me laugh. I never have to worry about my order or my children's requests when he's on duty. He's so personable and relatable. If it were legal, I would hire him for my own store. I'm really fortunate to have him around!

On top of that, it’s nearly twice as pricey as it used to be. Unfortunately, I feel like my days of enjoying KFC are coming to an end.
