Was Angel Fendel at Starbucks a mag?
This is a decent Starbucks. It can get quite busy, resulting in long wait times. The drinks are typically excellent, and the staff has always been friendly during my visits. However, the outside area can have a terrible smell, akin to sewage, which is quite off-putting when you're waiting in line at the drive-thru or walking inside. View all feedback.

Additionally, I always notice that I never receive whipped cream with my coffee, which is genuinely frustrating. To make matters worse, there were three cars in front of me, each with just one drink, and it took the baristas over ten minutes to process the line. Overall, the service felt unprofessional and they seemed undertrained. View all feedback.
Ordered a pineapple refresher and it was packed from top to bottom with ice. Barely got any actual drink, not all locations do this but this specific location has done this every single time to drinks that come with ice.
I love this location in Spanaway; I have always gotten great coffee!
