I left feeling disappointed and will not be returning to that establishment.

This has happened on multiple occasions, leaving me feeling unwell due to the mistakes made in my order. Despite requesting a remake, the errors continue to occur. I frequent this restaurant before work, and each time this individual is working, something goes wrong. I have experience working in numerous fast food establishments, and I know that making simple items like iced coffee or sandwiches should not be a difficult task, especially when the restaurant is not busy. As someone who is usually forgiving when it comes to food errors, it is frustrating to consistently have my orders prepared incorrectly.

The men's bathroom is filthy and outdated, with the sink and toilet in poor condition. Despite visiting four days in a row, the dirt and pieces of toilet paper remained in the same spot. They frequently run out of certain bagel varieties, and the counters, floors, and walls are consistently dirty.
