read moreThe Ship, a charming pub near Fenchurch Street, exudes a welcoming atmosphere perfect for locals and visitors alike. Renowned for its excellent beer, it serves delicious traditional pub fare, with standout dishes like generous Sunday roasts and sumptuous burgers. Despite occasional service hiccups regarding reservations, patrons appreciate the warm reception, especially dog owners. The pub, adorned with quirky decor, including ties from the ceiling, offers a delightful setting for casual gatherings or family outings. As a post-pandemic favorite, it remains a hidden gem, ideal for those seeking an authentic pub experience without the touristy feel. Highly recommended for a hearty meal and great company.
