The Little Coffee House - Southwark

Fantastic value for money. For example, I had Set 3 special on the menu, which was egg, bacon, sausage, beans, mushrooms, 2 rounds of buttered crusty bread, and a large mug of milky coffee all for £4.50. All fresh and delish. Very good service. It looks like a worker's cafe, but it is just an excellent cafe for all.

I recently visited a small coffee house with a group of friends after several months. There was new staff and a new chef. The waitress was exceptional, she was friendly and polite. I ordered a chicken curry and it was delicious, made fresh by the chef. My friends and I had a great time there and enjoyed everything. I will definitely return to try other dishes. Overall, everything was fantastic.

We had heard great things about this café, so we decided to try it out for brunch one afternoon. The food was average, but the service was truly terrible. The waitress was rude and made us feel unwelcome, as if she couldn't wait for us to leave. Despite our friendly demeanor, we didn't receive a single smile from her. She even placed our coffee cup on the table with such force that it almost spilled. Although the food was decent, the poor service made us feel uncomfortable and eager to leave. I would suggest going elsewhere, even though the café has a cozy and charming atmosphere. Based on other reviews, it seems that we may have just been unlucky and encountered the only rude staff member, but I have no desire to return and find out for myself.

I had lunch at this restaurant today and absolutely enjoyed it. The interior is very attractive and spotlessly clean. It's not your typical cafe! The food was fantastic and fairly priced. I will definitely be returning in the future.

After a late Saturday night out 5 of us needed a big breakfast! The Little Coffee House came up trumps, a great honest breakfast. Huge plate of eggs, bacon, potato waffle, beans, mushrooms to top it crusty bread of course mugs of tea. We could have not asked for better service. Our waitresses has a lovely chatty character. Great value, definitely worth a place on our high street. Thank you we will visit again.
