The Blacksmith's Arms - Southwark

Great local bar with amazing service. Everyone is nice and the vibe is very welcoming. I had the burger and fries they were delicious. The draft beer was also excellent. I’m staying at the Hilton next door but def eating there for the rest of my trip. Hilton restaurant does not even come close and it’s double the price.

Probably the best pub experience we’ve had living in the UK over the last year. We did not have a reservation and they very kindly made room for the 9 of us, including 5 kids. The servings were generous for the price, and we were impressed with the amount of meat in the steak and ale pie. Perhaps most impressive were the pad Thai and curry dishes, not typically found in traditional pubs but would compete well against a Thai restaurant.

The mojito was great, and the chips were also delicious. This is a charming little pub!

This place is fantastic. It has a charming pub in the front and a delicious restaurant in the back. The service is extremely friendly, attentive, and quick. The food arrives promptly and lives up to its promise. Thank you for a wonderful overall experience.
