Its a small branch but the staff are welcoming and its cozy when its cold . enjoyable place and as always standard range of coffee but the friendly staff make this one a bit better from the average chain Starbucks . View all feedback.
What mcsc-squared doesn't like about Starbucks:
Great location on Tooley Street, just a couple of minutes from Shard, Tower Bridge, etc. But very underwhelming- coffee was mediocre, muffin wasn’t heated didn’t feel moist, and limited seating. Avoid!! View all feedback.
We recently visited Hayes Galleria for the first time and had a great experience. We enjoyed sitting outside Starbucks, sipping on a delicious latte and enjoying some cake. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the staff was extremely helpful in providing us with information about the area. The premises were well-maintained and there was a wide selection of cakes to choose from. We will definitely be returning next time we are in London.
A charming Starbucks with a British feel. I initially thought it was a different cafe from the outside, but upon closer inspection, it turned out to be Starbucks. The beautiful wall decor made me want to just have a cup of coffee and leave.
I was here for a coffee after breakfast. The service was friendly and nice. The coffee came quickly and tasted just as coffee at Starbucks should!

This place is the worst Starbucks I 've ever been to. No Wi-Fi, no toilets, and the prices are much more expensive than other Starbucks: it 's because we 're a franchise . I will never return here.
