The meal was soaking in oil and I suspect because they were cooked from frozen. Fish was supposed to be large, but hardly any size and flesh. Some chips were not cooked through! I have been here a few times over the years and it's never been great, but after the more recent positive reviews, I thought I'd give it another go. It's in such a great location with friendly service and little competition that it could be a real winner, but please, either improve or stop selling fish and chips! The flavors in the Chinese cuisine are incredibly fresh and the sauces are delicious, with the rice being exceptional. The fish and chips are also beautifully cooked. Additionally, the service is very friendly and efficient.

Believe me, it's worth visiting.
