We had just arrived at our studio apartment and wanted to find somewhere to eat. Just a few doors down, we stumbled upon this restaurant and decided to give it a try. I ordered the jerk chicken with brown rice and asked for it to be extra tender since I'm not a fan of spicy food. I also got a side of macaroni and cheese. Overall, I really enjoyed the meal. What User doesn't like about Ossie's Jerk Chicken:
The customer service was alright, but the food was not very good. The curry goat was disappointing, with tough pieces of meat and the rice lacked coconut milk. The chicken and pig meat dishes were also not satisfying. I would prefer to travel to Brixton or Camberwell for better Caribbean food. View all feedback.

The wait to order can be a bit lengthy, but the Jerk chicken with brown rice and peas that we ordered was delicious.
I visited this restaurant about five years ago and the food was excellent and prices were very reasonable. I was planning on going today, but after reading these reviews, I think I'll be choosing a different place to eat.
The portion sizes were small for the price, mostly bones and rice. The fish was overcooked and dry. My rice dish was lacking peas. The service was very minimalistic.
