Refurbished kfc with the new look and self-service kiosks. Unfortunately, it wasn't half a two-way so I couldn't have the huh. it was quite busy, but strange enough that they shut down the largest part of the sitting area at 18:30 and made it for diner inaccessible. customer service was fast, except occupied. the self-service kiosks were a welcome addition to the two-
First off. I am living in Kennington my family went to packham and my son wanted KFC. I went to use the toilet and was told the disable toilet is available. There was no toilet paper. I spoke to a member of staff who just nodded her head in acknowledgement The floor dirty, the seat at the back was fifty,and the bowl had poop. Them we got home and I think I left my shopping having been trying to call the number listed it is not receiving calls.. so if a customer would like to call the store you have to spend money again to travel. KFC. This is bad not cool would never be supporting you guys again.
One of the employees at this restaurant needs to improve her attitude. It is shocking that KFC allows someone like her to work there. She lacks hospitality, respect, communication skills, and interpersonal skills. She should consider finding a new job and reevaluate her life. As for the food, it is bland and disappointing. KFC seems to have lost its taste and reputation at this particular location. The Restaurant itself is unhygienic and not well-maintained, with tables left uncleared and dirt and grime building up. The staff seem more interested in standing around than actually working. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
The restaurant appeared to have not been cleaned in quite some time. The food is only available for takeout and they do not provide napkins. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
