Great coffee but pretty poor service. They gave me the wrong sized drink, they instantly forgot to give me the pastry I had ordered, and I think they made the latte with cows milk instead of oat milk. Layout inside is difficult to queue.

Bought coffee and cake and ate inside. A plus for lactose-free/gluten-free cake and milk-free options for coffee. The employees were more concerned with talking to visiting friends than the customers, private conversations. They also used the emergency exit for normal use. Clean tables. Not clean toilet, rubbish on the floor. The coffee was completely average, unfortunately.
A nice spot to enjoy a cup of coffee after an art tour in Tate Modern. The staff is kind and friendly.
