Kfc Portsmouth Pompey Centre - Southsea

This is the worst kfc store I have been. Floors are dirty and grease same as the washroom. They need to clean it properly

Awful!! Couldn’t fill dine-in order twice, rubbish strewn over the tables and floors( just the same as before new refit! , chose to not have wings with my meal, but given a wing attached to some part of a chicken, as one chicken piece, cold fries, cold bun, cold dry fillet burger, grey buttery mash!!! Piled the slop back on the tray and took it back to the counter and told them to throw the rubbish in the bin, they never even asked why!!! Drink was cold and wet though, so can’t fault that Avoid!! Avoid!! Avoid!!!

Absolutely shocking! Ordered two regular popcorn chicken meas and received the smallest portions ever! They were cold on arrival as they placed freezing cold cans of drinks in with the hot food! This is put 2nd shocking order from them as the 1st one half the food was missing and no drinks!! They also don't answer the phone when you try to call to query your order!!! So you can't even get your food or a refund!!!! Avoid at all costs!

This is 100% the worst KFC I have ever eaten from. Who runs this place? As not once have they ever got my order right. I would suggest employing people that can count pieces of chicken or that have just a little pride in what they are doing. The food is appalling! Dripping in grease, missing items, hairs in the chips, batter like a stodgy lump at the bottom of the box! It’s gives other KFC restaurants a bad name. Just avoid this place like the plague!

The utterly incompetent and disrespectful staff of this establishment not only tarnish the good name of KFC, but tarnish the name of customer service in general. they are rude, stubborn and slow. i ordered a three piece meal, repeating my order twice for the clearly slow worker on the till. i still managed to get the wrong food, along side two of my friends, none of us received exactly what we ordered, somethings were missing and somethings were flat out wrong. When we confronted the manager she shrugged and walked off, blatantly disregarding us. Definitely a place to give a miss when there’s a McDonalds across the road.
