The brownie was extremely unpleasant, as it was as hard as a rock. Additionally, they neglected to provide me with a straw for my drink. The sandwich was also soggy. I would not recommend this place.

They took away the option to have your food brought out and then refuse to let me get my very small online order in the drive through. I have small kids in car seats, I'm not unbuckling them and dragging them in for a coffee. We won't be back.
Everytime i come to this panera they take a long time to make my sandwich and its always wrong even when they read it back to me correct. This morning it took them 15 mins to get me my sandwich and i can see everybody was just standing around doing nothing.
