Mcdonald's - SOUTHINGTON

Usually very busy, at least when I go it is. Usually missing at least one or more items from my order. They also need to train their employees or at least the managers more about the app and ordering process etc.

The food was very fresh, my order was served quickly, and it was accurate, which matters to me since I'm picky about my toppings. However, I did have to wait in line for quite a while before my order was taken. The staff member at the register did apologize for the delay, though. Overall, I would recommend this McDonald's location.

I might be a bit generous with my rating, but this restaurant truly impressed me with their handling of a mistake. At first, I received the wrong order, and I walked in feeling frustrated, anticipating a hassle to sort things out. To my surprise, they quickly acknowledged the error and fixed it right away. I mentioned that I had already taken my fries from the incorrect order, but they still offered me another large fry, which I hadn’t even asked for, to make things right. They did an excellent job of managing a dissatisfied customer. Well done!

The drive-through service at this restaurant is incredibly efficient. I was able to take my bicycle through the drive-through, and the staff had no problem with it. Back in 2005, I tried to do the same at a different fast food place, but that didn’t go well—they ended up calling the police. Thankfully, I was quick enough to get through without any trouble this time.

In my experience, McDonald's is often hit or miss. I haven't come across a location that consistently offers delicious, hot food. However, when you're hungry and haven't eaten all day, McDonald's can certainly satisfy your cravings!
