The restaurant has a modern and attractive interior, with outlets conveniently located throughout the space for customers to charge their devices. As someone who often seeks out spots to unwind and recharge my electric unicycle (EUC) during my travels, I found this to be a fantastic spot with a great atmosphere to rejuvenate both myself and my EUC. The staff were quite friendly. View all feedback.

The food was average. The line for the drive-thru was extremely long, so we decided to dine in instead. There were only about three other groups seated inside. The staff seemed very busy and overwhelmed.
This McDonald's is one of the better ones in Southington. It is smaller than the other McDonald's in the area and is located on the Meriden Waterbury Turnpike. It is a bit of a drive from any highway exits, so the traffic here mainly consists of locals or those who prefer this location over the one in Cheshire for unknown reasons. One reason I choose to come here is because they rarely make mistakes with orders and the staff are usually friendly. If you visit, be sure to tip Nancy, who has been working here for 20 years. She is a kind and beloved employee who is often underappreciated by the corporation. Nancy will always remember your name and greet you personally once she learns it.
Unlike some McDs, I never have to wait in the reserved spots for my food here. Otherwise, typical McDonald's. No complaints.
