After they finished their conversation—about... read more I walked into this Chipotle and noticed that an employee in uniform was ordering her food while I was next in line. After they finished their conversation—about six minutes later—it was finally my turn. I saw that there was no white rice available, so I assumed they would be making more soon. Unfortunately, I was mistaken; the employee let us know that no more white rice would be made. I know that Chipotle typically prepares fresh batches until closing time, so it felt like this location was more of a hangout spot than a place focused on service. Sadly, this was my favorite location, but I won’t be returning. What a disappointment!

Opened the bowls while I was inside of the store because I had a hunch they messed that up too. I was correct. The employees did give us the food. (Thank godbecause I wasn?t leaving without it) they?re sloppy and don't know how to read labels clearly. I can?t wait for the Bristolstore to open. Southington chipotle is a waist of time.

They know there's not much you can do about it since it's through Uber Eats.

The por... read more When I finally received my order and got home, I found that several toppings were missing, including guacamole, cheese, and tomatillo-green chili salsa. The portion size was also smaller than expected, with barely any rice despite having requested extras. I had specifically ordered the Garlic Guajillo Steak Bowl with white rice and added guacamole ($2.85), roasted chili-corn salsa, tomatillo-green chili salsa, extra sour cream, cheese, and light pinto beans. I contacted Pepper through the app’s chat feature, and a customer representative promptly resolved the issue. I wanted to share my experience in the hope that improvements will be made. Please take the preparation of our paid meals seriously. Thank you.
