We ordered several dishes from our favorite Chinese restaurant. The food was well-prepared and perfectly seasoned. The staff was very friendly and professional, and our order was ready right on time.

Chef Terry and his team have yet to disappoint. I have booked Reserved Chef for three private dinners, all in different locations in SE MI. It was very easy communicating with Chef Terry; I always feel taken care of, and the experience can be customized to your tastes. He is always prompt, professional, and able to work with most kitchen setups. Everything is cleaned up and tidy before the meal is finished being eaten. Chef Terry is very personable, but will fade into the background if you are not engaging with him. Now that I have reviewed the service aspect, let 's move on to the food. Chef Terry has done three variations on surf 'n turf for us. The first two times, 3-course meals, the entree was plated together, beautifully intertwined. The third meal was a 5-course offering, with a salad, soup, seafood appetizer, and two items for the entree course, followed by dessert. The food always comes out cooked and served at the right temperature. I can 't wait for our next booking, I am looking forward to a backyard hibachi experience soon!
