I visited the Van Buren McDonald's today and left feeling quite upset. The service was extraordinary and the food was hot and fresh however the atmosphere in the dining room was extremely hot and humid. After inquiring with the cashier she informed me that the AC unit had been broken and to my shock it has been broken all summer long. The current temperature in van Buren was 102 with an index of 124!!! How awful it is for a billion dollar corporation to expect their minimum wage employees to suffer through such conditions. I was just sitting in the lobby and multiple people were complaining of the heat and were actually sweating just sitting there! And to think of how much hotter it was in the back with all of the grills and fryers! Shame on you McDonalds owner....
