Jayla was giving customer service like she was at a 4 star restaurant. I go to this location all the time. No one ever asked if I'd downloaded the app and could get a free sandwich. Extremely slow! it took 16 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. three commands were made before me and no statement or apology

Very nice employees, always fast, always accurate. what more could you want from a drive thru joint? been going here for a year now and today was the first time they ever messed up my order (during the lunch rush, so they were pretty busy fwiw). they were very nice about replacing the order when i came back to the drive thru. definitely one of the most well operated fast food spots in the area
Let's just say that for a change they made my sandwich right and it was perfect. Anyone should try the unwich vegetarian it is amazing it's like a salad but you can eat it holding it. And the Little John's one can fill you up.
Jimmy John's has changed, but they for got to inform anyone...it was a positive change in my opinion
