We stopped here to get some delicious treats in front of an escape room (next door). The frozen yogurt here is delicious as well as the toppings they have. We even picked up bubble gum monkeys for our cousins kids. The service here is great. The owner is helpful and friendly. Bathroom and furnishings are clean. View all feedback.
What Kja 13 K doesn't like about Obx Frozen Yogurt:
Had to order on a piece of paper due to covid. It just made extra work for the customer wasn't the most convenient thing ever but ig they are doing they're best. The cashier had some looks that could've been nicer. They just need to work on customer service a bit. Otherwise icecream is great! View all feedback.
Quick service with a wide range of topping choices.
This is the first review I have ever written but wanted to acknowledge OBX frozen yogurt, especially Joanne. Our daughter has a peanut allergy and we never are able to go out and enjoy a frozen treat. Joanne was very knowledgeable about allergies and put us at ease. She opened new containers of products to make sure there was no cross contamination. She made the end of our vacation special. Thank u Joanne!
The two ladies working there were incredibly friendly and kind; I think their names were Kaylee and Bella. I had a tough time deciding because there were so many great options, but these ladies were super helpful and made some excellent recommendations. My experience this time was so much better than when I visited with my grandchildren last year, when an older woman yelled at them for not understanding the menu cards. I'm looking forward to coming back next summer and hope to see these wonderful girls again!
Employees were friendly, fast, and service was great. Highly recommend.
Good ice cream and I assume frozen yogurt. Friendly staff but currently not set up for seating.
