This is my first time I try Wendy's breakfast menu. My order was taken very quickly and I didn't have to repeat what is great at all. I have my whole order in less than five minutes and the only setting was the drinking machine that didn't give me a cola. It was corrected pretty fast and I was on my way. I have my hot fresh pommes, like Dixie Queen Season Pommes!!! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
It was okay, the food was okay, the bacon was a bit overdone, thre drinks were good, and the service was okay. We had already drove off from another restaurant because of bad service, so with bias the service here was much better. It was clean on the outside, as we went through the drive thru. It was ok. Their medium drink is huge! I ordered a 10 pc. nuggets, a Jr. cheeseburger deluxe, a med. Dr. Pepper a small chocolate Frosty. Burger was ok, didn't seem freshly cooked as well as the nuggets. I like for my food to be prepared right after I order it. That way I know it's fresh!! I think all fast-food restaurants should open up their doors serve their customers hot, freshly prepared food. And not something that's coming out of a cueing oven (sorry McDonald's!! or being warmed up by a microwave to make us think you made it fresh!! I know it's called Fast-Food, but if I come through the drive-thru during lunch or dinner rush, that food should be hot, because you know customers have very little patience in the drive-thru because they're on a time schedule. Oh, and stop putting all those condiments in the bag!! You should ask the customer when they're ordering if they need those things! That's why your inventory goes low the condiments are thrown out as soon they get home! That's such a wasteful thing to do!
My food was good but received the wrong soda. FYI when asking for an orange soda that means Fanta and not the hi-C punch.
Fresh hot food in a more than convenient time frame
Most of the staff are pretty young, mostly high school kids so your order may be correct or not (be sure to check it before you leave the drive thru). Most times I've been there, cold fries and cold burgers (cheese isn't even melted). Been there maybe a handful of times and the fries were still hot but the burgers weren't hot. Comparable prices to other similar fast food places. I only go there for convenience and time restrictions and I try to not put myself in the position which results in me going here. This location needs much needed improvement from staff friendliness to hot food.
I understand the line are long. But when you get to window at least you should have the correct order. Burger is always cold. If it was not for my 84 year mom loving a wendy burger every other day. I would not go there And the staff are unprofessional. I toss it up to the young generation. No values seem to matter.
