Tokyo Grill - Southaven

I just visited that place about 30 minutes ago and had the worst experience, the counter clerk is rude as hell and unprofessional. He made a comment referring to me as a child. It was inappropriate and disrespectful. He should not work in customer service at all. I got my money back and will never visit that place again.

The cashier has an attitude every time I come to this location.

I’m new to the area and decided to give this place a try and I absolutely regret it. If I could give service 0 stars I would. Words can’t explain how rude the guy was who took my order. Not only that but the food was not up to par with any Japanese Restaurant I’ve had. I give the food 2 stars being generous. That being said this establishment needs some serious revamping.

Ordered to eat there waited over 30 minutes and was about to leave and was handed my food. No thank you , sorry it took longer than every other Person who came in after you . Guy at cash register had the personality of a wall saving Grace is that food was good even after taking it home . Do better

The cashier was rude and rushing me to hurry up and come through the door. He wanted me to pick up my food before he would allow me to use the restroom. I purchase 2 house fried rice. He gave me 3 packs or duck sauce. I asked for a couple more he said you can buy 10 for a dollar 3 is enough for you. Food was good customer service is bad.
