What User doesn't like about Subway:
The food was delicious. I ordered my usual chicken bacon ranch on Italian herb bread, but they were out of rotisserie chicken. Typically, I get my regular rotisserie chicken sandwich, but not this time. View all feedback.
Worse experience ever!!! Placed an online order for my spouse and kids. I get a call from a Memphis number asking me if I placed an order for subway so I answer yes and ensure that I placed an order with the Southaven location due to a Memphis number calling me then we hang up the phone. My spouse goes to pick up the food. get to the restaurant for them to tell him the manager told them not to make the food because my number is out of state (only here due to military job) and the name is a female name but a male is picking it up! (Inconvenience #1) After little conversation with them and help from another customer that was angry for us, he leaves empty handed yet my card was charged for the food. They don’t even try to do a refund. I go to the restaurant (Inconvenience #2) for them to tell me that they didn’t make the food because they recently were scammed for $5000. Well who fault is that, not mine, the customer! So not only did they inconvenience my family and I, I’m at the restaurant and they don’t even know how to do a refund. Now I’m even more mad. Then they call the manager and they walk them through giving me a refund. The entire experience was a waste of my time and energy! I won’t be placing another order with this restaurant again! And come up with a better practice on how to handle orders with out of state numbers such as bringing the card used for the order! Could have resolved the issue! Now we’re still hungry and have to waste more time finding something else to eat for my family!
If I could give negative stars I would. This was the absolute WORST experience of customer service I have ever witnessed. We ordered through app, said 5-15 min for delivery. Perfect. 45 min later nothing so I called, the girl said your food is ready but the driver left and we don't know if they are coming back Um, what? So, I tell her we will just come get it. Mind you, this was for 4 people so it was $70!!!! On the way there she called and said they were out of the cookies we ordered with the meal and offered a different kind. I asked if we could just do chips instead and she said no because they are more expensive than 2 cookies and she can't change an online order. I told her fine. Then she said they were out of the bread we ordered. I was polite untl this point...but I asked what compensation could they offer because I ordered through THEIR app, the driver didn't come, our food has been sitting for almost an hour, they were out of what we ordered...she then got an attitude and said your food has NOT been sitting out, I am finishing it now So, I questioned her about Then why did she tell me earlier that my order was ready but the driver left? And why wasn't I called about our order being ready but the driver leaving or that you were out of whatever? She said, I told you. We were busy We got there and she stared me down as I walked in. I grabbed my order (which did not include our chips or drinks),.I understand thi gs happen but have better customer service and be polite. Maybe ask, hey do you want to cancel this and we refund you? Or how can we make this right Instead we received such an attitude. We will never come here again.I asked her what her name was because I planned on contacting the customer service on the app. She told me I couldn't make a complaint because they were a privately owned location. HA! I told her I most certainly could and that I would. She gave me a name but I am not sure if it was legit or not.Our sandwiches were cold and none of the ingredients were on the right sandwiches. It was awful.
One of my favorite Subway spots. The 2 workers were getting swamped with people coming in, all at the same time. But they handled it quite well. Kudos to those 2.
Been to this place maybe once a month over the past few years. Sometimes everything is great and other times service is terrible. But everyone is struggling to find workers still, it seems.
Great customer service the food is great and they Are always welcoming
