I ordered the Veggie Delite with Chipotle Ranch Dressing. It was absolutely delicious! I told my husband I'm so full! This sandwich was so good; I would eat another as soon as I get hungry again! I'm sure I'll order it again. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Subway:
I requested that the extra fat from the speck be removed before it was added to my sandwich. I did not want a greasy sandwich. The chef still included the fat speck on my sandwich and threw it in the bread! It was disappointing. Even after I mentioned it, there was no apology. This will be my first and last visit. The turkey sandwich was tasty and the customer service was excellent.
I had a terrible experience today at the Subway located at 450 Stateline Road, Southaven, MS 38671. I ordered three meals with deluxe meat upgrades, but neither the steak and cheese sub nor the grilled chicken dish had the deluxe meat. The spicy Italian salad I ordered had no meat at all. When I called to report the missing meat in the salad, they asked me to bring it back. However, it was close to closing time and we lived almost ten miles away. They refused to correct the order and accused me of not being truthful. I used to be a frequent customer, but I will not be returning if this is the level of customer service provided for a mistake they made.

Since this was my wife's dinner, she needed something to eat that night. When I explained that I couldn't bring the salad back, the staff accused me of lying about the missing meat and refused to fix the order. Despite being a loyal customer at this location, I will not be returning if this is the type of customer service provided for a mistake made by the staff.
I arrived at 8:40 at this Subway location, but unfortunately had a negative experience. When I got home and started eating my sandwich, I found a piece of dark gray cloth-like material inedible and had to remove it from my teeth. This was the first time I encountered such an issue at this particular Subway. It seemed like the staff was annoyed that I came in so close to closing time, even though I had confirmed their closing time and offered to come back another day. However, the open sign was still on, so I decided to go in. The woman who I believe was the wife of the owner made my sandwich and I observed her reaching into the spinach container, even though I did not ask for spinach. She picked out a singular substance and added it to my sub. At the time, I couldn't see clearly through the foggy glass and assumed it was just a mistake with a banana pepper or something similar. It wasn't until I bit into my sub and encountered the cloth-like material that I became truly disturbed. I will not be returning to this Subway location or any other Subway in the future, as I am now concerned about the quality and cleanliness of their food. I just hope that I do not get sick from this experience.
