An absolutely top-notch culinary experience! The spacious and cheerful atmosphere is complemented by excellent customer service. Our bread arrived just two minutes after being seated, and the appetizer was served piping hot in under ten minutes. The waitstaff is attentive, promptly refilling drinks without needing to be asked. Additionally, my mac and cheese was microwaved, and that didn't help the experience either. It’s clear that the best cook at the Southaven location is not the one preparing the food. The bartender was decent and served the drinks well, but it was the second time I've had a negative experience at this location. Great service, great food! we were a big party and the restaurant bounced. that was about 30-45 minutes, but we have nothing to do with it. our waitress did not miss a beat with our commands, drinks, refilling, she was great. it's a past since we were outback and were glad we came. when they go, they have to try the french wobbler suppe, fantastic and of course the blooming onion, fantastic.
I ordered a Blooming onion 1st. Chicken Shrimp pasta with a house salad. The onion was so greasy I couldn’t eat it then. I saved it til next day thinking it would be better. No the grease needs changing because it smelled was dark thick orange. Yes I know the seasoning has to do with it too. Then I bit into the onion skin was still on it. The chicken pasta was so oily the sauce rolled off. I saved it too but had to pour the oil off of it after heating it. The bus boy needs a raise because I worked at a steak house. I never seen that many dishes piled to the max. So much so until it should have been two people lifting it. The best thing was my waitress. She deserves a raise promotion. A great attitude in-spite of all the orders.
We arrived at 8:30pm, with a party of 7 and was advised it would be a 30 minute wait. We understood and had no problem with it. Our concern was this location closes at 10pm and it was Friday the 5th of Aug 2022. We were called and seated within 15 minutes and our waitress name was Terry. She had the best customer service attitude,that surprised us since it was late in the evening. She engaged as if we were the only people on her section and she did have a section of tables all filled. The next best surprise after we ordered was our food coming out hot and very good for all we ordered. So our fears of food being rushed due to closing soon was for nothing. Good job Outback Steak House. You have very good people working for you. Thank you Terry, for your outstanding service. We tried to reflect our happiness in your tip added to our bill..Kid-friendliness: The menu for kids was what my granddaughter needed and the portion on it enough for her.Parking: It was a full lot,however we were able to find two spaces close to front of restaurant

Hey, you need to go early and ask for Kylie as your server! She is fantastic and our meal was unbelievable! Yes, I know I posted a harsh review of the take out but there is no doubt that going inside and sitting down allows you the pleasure of having a fantastic experience! That is the best part of dining out, when your personal server treats you as a special person! Thank you!!
