The food was okay, not as good as before. My waiter was barely attentive and seemed like he didn’t want to be there. On the other hand, I noticed a waiter by the name of Dev. You could tell he loved his job, he was very attentive and friendly to customers. He was busy but stopped by my table a few times just to make sure everything was okay. Good customer service is rare these days so that was definitely a plus. View all feedback.
What D'angelo Cremin doesn't like about Logan's Roadhouse:
We do not normally go to Road House but I had a gift card. My family had a bad experience all around. My son ordered a bacon cheese burger and it only had a half a piece of bacon on it. They gave a $3.00 credit questioned and said they we out of bacon. I ordered Salmon and only got 4 pcs of asparagus. They bought more but I was charged for premium side which was in the picture. My wife ordered a margarita and got bil... View all feedback.

We got a 25 min waiting, but fortunately we didn't have to wait so long. After sitting it took a while (10 to 15 minutes) before someone recognized us. Finally, the waiter accepted our order. He was very distracted and out of engagement, it felt like we were an inconvenience for him. He brought drinks with not enough straw and rolls without plates. We ordered the chopped steak with steamed broccoli and grilled mushrooms and the grilled cheese of a child with frits. My chopped steak meal was okay. I'd eat it again, just not soon. The meal of my child was good he liked the grilled cheese and the pommes were delicious. We also loved the roles! After another table had a problem with our waiter, he became more helpful and less distracted. Everything was good. The service was not good.
For the most part this was pleasant, but it was hit Miss. The bartender needed a while to get some of the special non-alcoholic tea, but had my prickly pear margarita in no time. The water they taste, taste terrible and has a terrible taste. That said the Margarita was great and it's Logan's the only place I know she's doing well. The pink sugar is an excellent garnish. Our steaks came over boiled and our sides were cooler than preferred. Especially my grilled mushroom grower was cold. I command my steaks medium, so if they are something under or over cooked, they still fall in a paleable area, but that was well done.
Won’t be back. The best part was the hostess’ radiant smile. My husband ordered a hamburger and changed his order when they said they were out of buns! No buns?!? I ordered the salmon with broccoli and sweet potato. The sweet potato was huge and still uncooked in the center with an off-white strip down the center (no, it was not butter as I was the one who cut into the potato . And my husband got his entree a good 5 minutes before I got mine. The biggest problem was the service. The bartender Shania (spelling? was responsible for training the two servers. She was unable to do an adequate job of training while mixing drinks. I can’t believe any restaurant would put people to work serving without shadowing a trained server for a day or two. I have a friend who is a server in another restaurant who was required to shadow her trainer for a week before she was turned loose. Don’t know what the underlying problems are, but we won’t be back.
