Interstate Bar-B-Que - Southaven

Fall off the bone pork ribs, baked beans are amazing, and the potato salad is very tasty. I give it 4 because the bread is just 2 pieces of white bread. I wish it was something a bit more appetizing like garlic bread or rolls. I wish I could've gotten honey bbq sauce. Only 13 bucks too!

Just stopped by to get some sweet tea and some fries to snack on for the ride home. The tea was so good, it really hit the spot. When ordering a large fry be sure you have someone to share with because they mean LARGE fry...

This is my go to meal every time I’m craving BBQ Spaghetti and Potato Salad. I go to Interstate BBQ! Their BBQ Beef Bologna Sandwiches with Baked Beans are delicious as well!

Absolutely INCREDIBLE food! Arguably THE BEST in Memphis. Side note (for this location in particular you do NOT come here expecting phenomenal service. As a matter of fact, I don't think I've ever had a particularly good service experience here. Good thing their food is AMAZING! I'll continue to go back because... Well, it's really that good. I really don't care that everyone that works there leaves their smiles and friendliness at home. I'm just there for the grub. If you expect great service along with your food, you've been warned. ;

The last time I ate at Interstate BBQ at the Memphis International Airport a few years ago, it wasn't so great.
