Ihop - Southaven

We went in the early morning, it was just a waiter to the time. it had many tables. and still good service. I have our drinks and ordered our food. had to wait a few minutes we understood. the food came out and was on the spot.

Waited 30 minutes before you even approached. the Dishwashing team had to inform the waitress to wait for us. drinks one at a time to an 8 top before we take our orders. an hour waited for there to be only one other table. empty drinks. frozen strawberries on French toast. from banan, but not notified until I sit the plate in front of me. cold land fried steak. dirty cute. bacon instead of sausage. the employees are fighting for customers. also I am pretty sure that the only waitress work was brand new. they left them themselves and they didn't even know the difference between over simple or over medium-sized irons or the computer running full. they don't do that to their employees!

The service at this restaurant is very frustrating. We waited an hour just to receive our dinner. The wait was so long that I ended up drinking 2 glasses of sweet tea and asked for refills, but the waitress never came back to fill up my glass without being asked. It feels like the staff here don't really care. It's obvious that they don't want to work. If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. Absolutely appalling!

This is your standard IHOP chain restaurant. We waited about 10 minutes to be seated and another 10 minutes before our waiter came by. The food was cooked well and didn't take too long to arrive. I won't have any issues coming here again. I ordered the Ultimate breakfast which included two eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage, ham, two pancakes, and two slices of French toast. It was delicious.

Never going back there again just 2 workers I waited for like an hour and the workers there are bad with their customers!!!!!!!!!! They don’t even clean it’s a nasty place to go with this COVID going on!! And my food was not even cooked right and when I told the worker she said she didn’t care because it was her last night there
