I went out for lunch with my kids and had a very pleasant experience here. The waitress was very nice and attentive. Food was fresh and hot. The drinks were made well. This was my first time trying their Mexican street corn and I am absolutely hooked!! It was so good!Kid-friendliness: They have a great kids menu w/ crayons!Parking: Very large parking lot. What Jen B doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
The shrimp tacos were tasty, but they didn't come with enough tortillas. The two strawberry presidente margaritas were excellent! However, we had to pay extra for chips and salsa, which was disappointing. View all feedback.
I had two simple orders. I was told it would be ready by 0833 to 0838. My order was not ready and I had to go inside to get my order. It wasn't ready until 0852 and it seemed like the young ladies at the counter, appeared not to care when I received my order. Food somehow was still not hot.... So disappointed, didn't even take ? pictures yo.....Come On Chili's, you can do better yo.....
Food was absolutely fabulous. There was a wait to be seated but many open tables, we guessed maybe they were short on servers. My sweet tea was not too good. I would have scored higher but the service sucked. My SO and I have both been servers in our younger years, so we understand many things. Problems with service included, but not limited to: drinks were not refilled, our server made multiple trips to the table next to us without even checking with us, she seemed to not care about our table at all, didn't ask how our food was, all the things a good server tries to do. I understand some times servers have bad days, so I tipped but more than what her service was worth, my SO didn't want to tip at all. It may be some time before we go back after that service or we may just go with take out next time.
The Bartender Tasha was great and her drinks were Awesome.....
? our server was very good! but eating was no, it felt like reheated rest. my salat had soouu much dressing, it was unusable. the restaurant smells a little bit out of the brush when we came in, smells like someone used the same mop water a week ago. Why we went there and ate, I'm not sure. I want to say that everything we do. the quality of food and cleanliness is my problem?.
Service was friendly, food was good, but we were often forgotten about. Had to chase down our server to get drink refills after waiting more than 20min with her walking by and never stopping, and then another 40min worth of asking multiple servers to help find our server so we could pay and leave since we were never given a kiosk to pay at the table. You'll probably have a better experience than us, but maybe plan on it being short staffed and busy
