I ordered a bowl of chili but received a cup with very little chili that was burnt. It wasn't appealing enough to even touch, let alone eat. Also, the phone at the Back Yard Burger location I visited wasn't working properly. This negative experience is adding to the fact that they are already closing stores. It's disappointing. I tried a backyard burger for the first time and it was surprisingly delicious. I especially liked the one with blue cheese on it. The peach cobbler was also very tasty.
I ordered the chicken sandwich and fries which were delicious. Despite the restaurant being busy, my food arrived promptly.
Love BYB! Always visit when I travel south, just for the Hawaiin chicken sandwich. Fries are awesome, staff friendly, thank you!
I always like their burgers and I also like their grilled chicken sandwiches. I like the variety like the variety of burgers and grilled chicken sandwiches that they serve.. Your seasoned fries are very good.. This location is Not as quick with their service as they used to be before the pandemic.
