Abbays - Southaven

OMG this place was amazing. I would compare the ordering experience with Chipotle. You choose your main/meat from a huge selection, then your pages from an equally large list. Prices are reasonable, the portions are sufficient (thanks to not a place that gives you even though you can order more if you are extra hungry). The employees seem to work there, which made the customer service great. Especially food... well, food sent me to another level of existence where it was only me and my plate, float under the stars.

The first time to eat here went back the next day before I left the city and will definitely return when I visit again... The food was great, spiced great and serving size great!

Ask for the baked chicken wings that are not on the menu. The pork chops, broccoli-casrole, maische Pott/Gravur, black eye bears and yeast rolls were excellent. The cabbage wasn't so good.

Her fried catfish is amazing and the sweet potato casserole is so good I feel as if it were dessert. I literally ate for lunch here every day of the week.

Just dined in for dinner. Place was moderately busy. Restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly and looked me in the eye- which is a good sign to me. The guy behind the counter who appeared to be a manager was super efficient at his job. He wasn 't wearing a name tag but said he 'd been there 8 or 9 years. Hoping management sees this and gives the guy a raise.
