The staff were fr... read more We visited this bar on our last night in Shanklin and it was a great experience! The cocktails were fantastic, especially the Caramel Saltini. The staff were friendly and happy to discuss the ingredients in the cocktails, which was fun to watch being made. When we received the bill, we noticed we were charged for more than just an Amstel beer we had ordered. We pointed this out and were given a 10% discount for our honesty. Overall, a great place to try, especially for the Caramel Saltini cocktail. We even loved the toilets!

While they were clearly crafted with care, the wait time was not acceptable to me. The atmosphere was lacking and I didn't feel very welcomed, despite the staff being friendly. There were many noisy children in the bar area, which seemed to belong to the owners, and this did not create a pleasant ambiance. Unfortunately, I would not choose to visit this restaurant again.

A special mention to Charlene who was amazing, even calling us when a table became available (the bar was full when we first arrived). The bar had a great selection of music too! My favorite drinks were the Porn Star Martini and Espresso Martini, and we took advantage of the happy hour from 5-7 pm.
