Since it was 0°C, we chose to wait in the space between the first and second set of doors. A young male staff member approached us with a bad attitude and questioned what we were doing. When we explained, he rudely told us to leave without listening, despite me mentioning we had just eaten there minutes earlier. We spent over £80, and this is the kind of service we receive? The elderly staff member who served us was wonderful, but this young man's behavior made it feel like their courtesy ends as soon as the meal is over. Very disappointing. We won’t be returning. The atmosphere was elegant and very pleas... read more We made a last-minute reservation for 7 people to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and the staff gladly accommodated us. The atmosphere was elegant and very pleasant. The food was delicious, generously portioned (which is impressive for an Asian like me), and reasonably priced. To make the occasion special, they surprised our friend with a dessert, complete with a candle, and sang “Happy Birthday.” The staff were friendly and attentive throughout. At the end of our meal, they even gave us complimentary fortune cookies. This restaurant never fails to impress, even when ordering through Uber. Highly recommended, especially their roasted duck miso ramen. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
