I can down from Surrey to meet some relatives that had stopped on a cruise at Southampton. Very welcoming and great food. We sat at the table for nearly 4 hours drinking tea and eating. I'd recommend to everyone in the area! View all feedback.
Absolutely brilliant real quality food fantastic lovely family wonderful bang on service. We love going to Ms Ellies and would not go anywhere else whilst in Bittern
Great breakfast. Staff are very friendly and professional Been quite a few times on Sunday mornings but does get busy as the food is good
Great freshly cooked breakfast in a small but very friendly cafe, food is hot cooked to order so may take a short while but worth the wait for the quality. Nice staff who can't do enough for you.
We had a delicious cooked breakfast at a reasonable price, with a special on sausage muffins. We walked along the river to get there and were fortunate to snag a table right as the lunch rush began. The hosts were very friendly and the cafe had a great atmosphere.
Two of us enjoyed a delicious, traditional meal at this restaurant today. We had Steak and Ale homemade pie with mashed potatoes, peas, and a delicious gravy, followed by spotted dick and custard for dessert. Another two in our group had macaroni cheese with sweet potato fries, which was very tasty and served in a generous portion size. Overall, we highly recommend giving this restaurant a try as it is well worth it.
