This took several minutes a... read more We booked through OpenTable for Valentines evening but when we showed up for our table, the restaurant had no record of our booking. This took several minutes and members of staff to resolve, by offering us a table, which was fine. However when we sat down we realised that as it was Valentines night, they had a special event on and that had 2 sittings 6-8pm and 8-10pm. As we had booked for 7:15pm this was an issue as they appeared to hurry us through the meal. Also it is disappointing that there were many Deliveroo drivers hovering around the tables waiting to pick up take-aways which really brought the atmosphere and ambience down. The manager tried to shoo them outside but they kept coming in. It was a shame as we were finished by 8:30 and had to get an earlier taxi home!

Do not recommend, the first waiter was good, the second one, made us feel really unwelcome and it look like they just wanted to go home.
