I ordered mild chicken nachos with extra chicken, but instead received spicy chicken nachos with barely any chicken. Service: disappointing. Food type: lunch.

I ordered a vegetarian meal, but my order was delivered incorrectly. Instead of mushrooms, I received bark. They wanted me to come down and pick up a replacement, which was frustrating. The service was poor, and the after-service experience did not improve. I had one of the worst experiences at this restaurant. I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru, only to receive the wrong order. When I finally got my correct order, the food was cold. Additionally, the coffee at this location in Windsor is terrible. I'm not sure if it's due to the baristas or the machine, but the coffee is consistently bad. I’ve never been able to enjoy a decent cup there. I definitely won’t be returning.

If the worst experience at all, customer service there is simply no longer when I ordered my food I asked that the tacos be generously filled, which of course did not give me any problem in collecting my food, that my tacos did not fill and not even salat on them have and that the 3 dollar tacos and children taco are the same when I ask why the 3 dollar taco is generous again when I can't get it! I never go rude again

By far the worst GYG ever! My partner and I both ordered nachos to eat in the restaurant as well as a side of hot chips after hearing ads multiple times a day on the radio about the ‘flavour’ and ‘spices’ GYG uses. We asked which sauces are available for nachos and the response the staff member gave us was as though we asked her a long division question. She had no idea what sauces were available apart from sour cream and ketchup. After ordering we took our seats and were served our nachos about 15 minutes later. The hot chips were not served with the rest of the meal. Our nachos were full of stale chips and about a dessert spoon full of toppings. Hot chips were served about 10 minutes into our meal and were stone cold. My partner requested that they make fresh chips which were actually hot. The staff members then proceeded to accuse one another of not attending to the hot chips order sooner which we could hear from our table. Chips arrived hot 20 minutes later but with no flavour what so ever. Won’t be back. Don’t waste your time going here!
