This review is mainly dragged down due to the #7 on sourdough. The sourdough bread was pale and uninteresting, and the amount of pastrami on the sandwich was far less than what other south city delis would give you. Happened to be vacationing in the Bay Area stopped in for a sandwich The food was great the staff was very accommodating
Sandwiches had very little meat and it was very oily. Took a very long time to make my sandwich. I waited for about 30 minutes tho it was lunch time. One of the sandwich makers kept on giving me dirty looks maybe because I wasn't one of the regular office workers she sees on the daily but I looked more like her, lol. Talk about a warm welcoming I won't be coming back here. And there's no parking in the area I had to park in the red.
Didn't raise their prices astronomically like everyone else and I will always respect them for that. For the kind of volume they get, they do an amazing job! Love the Merck!
